Ritesh Saxena
Founder & Principal Consultant
Ritesh brings 20+ years of experience building and scaling customer experience and service operations. His work combines customer journey improvement, AI adoption and service performance to strengthen retention, NPS and growth.
Before founding Xentorio, he built AI agents, implemented AI-based risk assessment and supported AI adoption at Pine Labs. He also led customer operations at SMFG India Credit, Varthana Finance, Aegon Life (now Bandhan Life) and Idea Cellular. Across these roles, he served 10M+ customers, scaled teams of 1,000, delivered ₹100+ crore in incremental revenue and maintained 100% RBI and TRAI compliance.
